- The deadline engine ships rules for Kenya today. Everywhere else the diary runs against the dates your firm records, and the engine says so on each one rather than borrowing a neighbour's procedure and producing dates that are wrong in kind.
- Cause lists matched to your matters
- What a registry published, parsed, matched against your firm's own matters and put in the diary — with its coverage stated, so a matter the list did not mention is visibly unmatched rather than silently missing.
- Court stations
- The courts, divisions and registries of each jurisdiction, so a matter is filed at a station the system knows rather than a free-text string nobody can report on.
- Tasks that block each other
- A task belongs to a matter and an assignee, carries a status, a priority and an approval step, and can block or be blocked by another — which is how a filing that depends on a signature stops being a note in someone's head.
- Who is in court, and who is covering
- A resolved availability status per member — in court from the diary, on leave from an approved request, otherwise what they set. Advisory: it annotates the roster and never gates anything.
What this does not do
The boundary, from us rather than from your first week.
- There is no calendar integration. The diary does not sync with Google or Microsoft, and nothing is written into anyone's personal calendar; the product publishes a subscribable feed and that is the whole of it.
- Cause-list coverage is per registry and stated per fetch. A registry that publishes nothing machine-readable is a registry this cannot read, and it says so rather than reporting an empty list as a quiet day.
Court-rule deadline computation is verified in Kenya today. Everywhere else the diary holds the dates your firm records.
